拍卖史最贵艺术品诞生!达芬奇《救世主》RMB 29亿成交

拍卖史上最贵艺术品诞生!全球唯一可以买到的达芬奇画作 -《救世主》(Salvator Mundi)在纽约佳士得上拍,20分钟争夺战中迎来逾50口叫价。拍卖官最终以US$4亿天价落槌,连佣成交价达到难以置信的US$4.5亿(约RMB
 29.3亿)。 

Salvator Mundi意思是「世界的救世主」,耶稣基督身穿蓝衣,一反传统红袍造型,左手拿水晶球,右手作祝福手势。象征「传承和富贵」。存世达芬奇画作凤毛麟角,大约就15或16幅。在私人藏家手中的只有这幅《救世主》,其他的不是在博物馆就是在教堂,皆是「眼看手勿动」。

如此的世纪拍卖,拍卖场当然早就座无虚席,同时满满的塞进了来自50多间传媒的采访人员。拍卖官由全球总裁彭肯南(Jussi Pylkkanen)担任,他以US$7,000万、一个相当保守且诱人的价钱起拍。至US$1.9亿以前,这仍是众人之争 - 4位电话竞投与1位现场人士。 US$2亿关口以后,就只剩下两人出手。

这两人是古典艺术部门主管Francois de Poortere,与战后及当代艺术部美洲区联合主席Alex Rotter。 US$2亿开始,每口叫价由US$1,000万降至US$500万。两人你来我往,一路斗至US$2.6亿,此后每口叫价进一步降至US$200万。

现场只得两人出价,每口又愈趋缓慢,再加上双方已拉锯多时,如斯情况非得拍卖官处理一下。彭肯南见惯风浪,当然不是省油的灯,屡次适时幽默一下,缓和现场气氛。


还未到拍照时刻呢

例如US$2亿多叫价时,等了好一会都未有出价,他就向电话竞投席说「Are we all done? Maybe not. Don't take photos quite yet」(意思大概是:都出价了吗?或许还没有。先别急着拍照),引来全场发笑。

与此同时,他亦不会忘了向Francois及Alex施压,建议两人令竞投客户提高叫价,好让拍卖保持着所需节奏。

要赢得绝世画作,就不得不施点计策。 Francois客户是「稳打稳扎」,出价基本上就是规距的一口一口上去;反观Alex客户则不时「出奇不意」,会突然以高价突袭对手。

是时候拍照记录历史一刻了

US$2.7亿时,下一口应是US$2.72亿,他就出价US$2.8亿;US$2.86亿时,下一口是US$2.88亿,他就出价US$3亿。这种出奇不意最终为他带来胜利,Francois出价US$3.7亿,Alex一口气叫出US$4亿,拍卖官一槌定音,写下拍卖史新一章。

买家方面,暂时未有消息透露Alex的客人是谁。至于卖家方面,行方虽然只说是「重要欧洲收藏」,但艺术界都知道是俄罗斯「化肥大王」雷波诺列夫(Dmitry Rybolovlev,上图)。

画作以天价脱手,这位富商应该相当高兴。事关2013年时,他以US$1.275亿购下《救世主》,后来却发现这幅大作只卖了US$8,000万。即是说,这宗买卖的中间人 - 他的艺术顾问Yves Bouvier(上图)「过水湿脚」,侵吞了US$4,200多万。两人的官司仍未结束,但雷氏现在应该可以开香槟庆祝一下了。


补充一下,此前的画作拍卖纪录,由毕加索(Pablo Picasso)的《阿尔及尔的女人(O版)》(Les Femmes d'Alger (Version O))创下,于2015年在纽约佳士得以US$1.79亿成交。
