梵高大作流拍　佳士得纽约印象派之夜出师不利

本年度美国纽约秋拍，先由佳士得印象派及现代艺术晚拍打头阵，惟反应未如理想。全场总成交额（佣金计算在内）US$2.79亿（RMB 19亿），未及US$3.05亿总估价（不计佣金在内）。包括领衔作梵高《有繁花与蝴蝶的花园一角》在内，共有九幅作品流拍，不少焦点拍品也低于估价落槌。是买家出价太谨慎？还是行方估价太进取？

佳士得香港印象派及现代艺术部资深总监何杏淇

以莫内2米 x 1米巨作《睡莲池》为例，估价US$3,000 - 5,000万。拍卖官于US$2,000万起拍，经九口叫价后，以US$2,800万下槌，未达估价。买家为印象派及现代艺术部资深总监何杏淇的电话客户，连佣成交价US$3,180万（HK$2.4亿；NT$9.6亿），属全场最高价。

佳士得亚洲区总裁魏蔚

莫内绘画夏季吉维尼（Giverny）花园的《吉维尼花园的女孩》，则以US$1,400万下槌，同样低于估价（US$1,500万 - 2,500万）。此画由亚洲区总裁魏蔚（Rebecca Wei）的客户投得，连佣成交价US$1,600万（HK$1.2亿；NT$4.8亿）。

莫内画作已属全场反应最佳，成交五强当中占了三席，行方新闻稿亦以此为题。但实际上，场内六幅莫内画作，三幅低于估价下槌，一幅流拍。幸有《吉维尼雪景》一画带动场内气氛。

电话竞投气氛热烈


画作最终由Max Carter（举手者）替客户投得

此画以US$380万起拍，竞投气氛热烈，六名买家投过电话委托出价，价钱推高至US$1,000万才稍为减慢。此刻剩下佳士得纽约印象派及现代艺术部门主管Max Carter和佳士得伦敦资深国际总监Jay Vincze的客户继续竞价。画作最终由Max Carter投得，槌价US$1,350万，接近估价3倍，连佣成交价为US$1,550万。

另一位大师毕加索的成绩未算突出。两幅同样以情妇玛丽-德雷莎・华特（Marie-Therese Walter）为主题的画作，估价皆过千万美元。绘于1931年的《灯》以US$2,600万仅过估价下槌，连佣成交价US$2,950万，全场第二高。而绘于1937年的《戴橘色贝雷帽及穿毛领的女人（玛丽‧特雷斯）》则流拍收场。

在拍卖现场的毕加索孙儿奥利维尔（Olivier Widmaier Picasso）认为，祖父画作的成交价「合理」，指行方估价「强硬」，而买家们明了这点。他形容，人们十分谨慎，虽然愿意花钱，但绝非故乱出价乱花钱那种。拍卖反应未如理想，自然惹人思考，是否因包括中国买家在内的亚洲买家银根短缺，勒紧裤头所致。

同样在场的纽约私人艺术经纪David Norman认为，今季亚洲买家不如以往季度般，疯抢高价拍品。行方透露，全场共有12件拍品由包括中国在内的亚洲买家投得。价钱最高的两幅莫内画作，皆由佳士得香港高层的客户投得，背后很大机会是亚洲藏家。
