香港第二轮春拍近在眉睫，早前介绍过Phillips（富艺斯）夜拍几幅瞩目画作，出自三位中国当代艺术「光头旗手」之手。话锋一转，两位来自美国的艺术家画作同样夺目：一位是被视为毕加索传人的康多 （George Condo），另一位则是牵引潮流的街头艺术家KAWS。两人风格迥异，创作却同样充满对现实的挑衅意味。
康多
第一幅是康多的《作家》，估价HK$200万 - 300万。肖像画是康多所长，深受毕卡索影响，画作本已不断挑战学院派写实及理性风格。这幅《作家》更是火力全开，场景、姿势突破传统，身体部位的夸张描绘更是颠覆想像，挑战现实中社会身份的刻板印象。
同场另一幅《黑色站姿人物》，估价HK$650万 - 850万。画中人群形象特征扭曲、分离同时又混和。在作品朦胧迷幻的旋涡中，是意指独立自我在群体中的丧失，还是暗示着人的无限可能性？
KAWS
KAWS由街头涂鸦起为人熟知，在不同广告海报上涂上他招牌的「X X」图案，将商业味道厚重的现实重塑成嬉皮玩世。这场夜拍中有两件雕塑及一幅画作上拍。
此画《无题》，2009年创作，估价HK$200万 - 300万。拍品重新诠释现今文化中风靡全球的卡通人物，活力正面性格被KAWS褪去：毫无笑容、覆满红色，再加上招牌符号。最熟悉的人物转化成最矛盾的形象，KAWS也许就是以此不协调感挑战对现实的认知。
《第二系列编号10》
康多的《黑色站姿人物》估价为这场次中第二高，与月前介绍，方力钧的《第二系列编号10》不相伯仲，最终槌价哪边更为惊喜，不妨拭目以待这另类的「中美角力」。
是次重点拍品将于明天起一连四日在中环H Queen's展出，至5月27日晚上6时于中环文华东方酒店拍卖。
